SG STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Singapore delivery is $6 for all purchases. Excluding Sentosa Island - standard delivery fee is $20. FREE standard Singapore delivery applies on all orders over $80. Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days or up to 7 working days during Sale and Promotional Periods (Inc Nov - Dec for Christmas).
In the event that there is no one to receive the order at the given address, the package will be returned to us. For re-deliveries, the standard delivery and standard Sentosa Island delivery will apply, even if you purchased above $80.
We deliver to all locations in Singapore except restricted zones listed by our third-party courier providers. If orders are received for delivery to restricted zones, we will proceed to cancel the order.
All deliveries are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum VW is L+W+H = 160cm. A size surcharge may be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 80cm. Our Concierge Team will contact you if any extra charges apply to your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR OPEN ORDERS
Once your order is processed, we are unable to accept cancellations. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 62353833 as soon as possible and our customer service team will assist your request. Depending on the stage of order processing, you may be charged a processing fee for your refund, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.
Once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. For any amendments of an order, please contact our customer service team. If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.
