The standard Singapore home delivery fee is $10 for all purchases. Excluding Sentosa Island. Sentosa Island delivery fee is $20.
FREE Singapore standard delivery on all orders over $100. Delivery usually within 2-5 working days or up to 7 working days during Sale and Promotional Periods (Inc Nov - Dec for Christmas).
In the event that there is no one to receive the order at the given address, the package will be returned to us. For re-deliveries, the standard delivery and standard Sentosa Island delivery will apply.
We deliver to all locations in Singapore except embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Poly, Military, Shipyard, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Ave, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, or other places with large compounds. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR OPEN ORDERS
Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed and order and would like to cancel, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call 62353833 as soon as possible and they will advise on whether or not order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing your order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.
Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendements to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will try to help reroute your order. If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges must be made at the initial store of purchase within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. For online returns, exchanges & refunds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 62353833 for further assistance.
We will only accept returns, refunds and exchanges of products that were purchased from authorised Neal’s Yard Remedies stores.
We hope that you love the Products as much as we do. However, if you’ve changed your mind about a Product and it’s within 7 days of receipt of your order, we’ll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
