- Do you ship oversea?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
- How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

- Are Neal's Yard Remedies safe for using during pregnancy?
All of our products are safe for use during pregnancy with the exception of our Optimizer Voyage devices because of the low frequency technology. You may wish to consult your gynae for advice as well. However, it is a great device which you can use post pregnancy to achieve the coveted healthy and glowing skin.
- Are Neal's Yard Remedies vegan and Halal?
All of our products are vegan with the exception of French Pine Bark and Collagen Serums which contain fish extracts, Pure Recovery Dew, and Pure Nano Hydrating Gel which both contain pearl extracts. Our products have no pork and lard derived ingredients but are not certified halal.
- Are Neal's Yard Remedies gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products gluten-free.
- DoesNeal's Yard Remedies test products on animal?
No, we do not conduct any animal testing.
